OKLAHOMA’S PROMISE

Oklahoma's Promise offers qualified Oklahoma students an opportunity to earn a scholarship for college tuition. Oklahoma’s Promise allows students whose families meet the income guidelines below, and who meet academic and conduct requirements to earn a college tuition scholarship.

 

*NEW* 11TH GRADERS MAY APPLY, AND THE INCOME LIMITS HAVE BEEN INCREASED*
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be an Oklahoma resident.
  • Must be enrolled in the 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade.
  • The parents' federal adjusted gross income must not exceed $60K per year with 1 or 2 dependent children OR $70K per year with 3 or 4 dependent children OR $80K with 5 or more dependent children.
