Go to the Sylogist Enrollment portal at https://oked.sylogist.com/FortCobb and log in with your username and password. If you don't know your password, request a reset via email to rwade@fcbmustangs.com.
Step 2: Navigate to Student Records Portal
Click on the "Student Records Portal" link once logged in.
Step 3: Choose Student to Enroll
You should see your student(s) listed. If any are missing, email cdevaughan@fcbmustangs.com for K-5th Grade students.
Step 4: Submit Enrollment Forms for Each Student
You need to "Submit to Site" for each student you enroll before proceeding to the next student.
Step 5: Complete Additional Forms In Person
All parent/guardians are required to visit the school to complete any additional necessary forms.
