Fort Cobb-Broxton High School Enrollment

High School enrollment will be the week of July 27th

Will need to call high school office to schedule an enrollment appointment for your child.

Parent and student attendance required at enrollment appointment.

If you have forgotten your username or password: Go to our website(FCB website) and click Parent Resourses, Online Gradebook. Scroll down and click Request a New Account. Your account will be verified and you will receive an email to rest your account from Sylogist. (This process will not duplicate your account)

After completing all the required enrollment forms, you will receive an email back that states your student’s enrollment has "POSTED" meaning the enrollment is complete.

 

 

Step 1: Access the Enrollment Portal

Go to the Sylogist Enrollment portal under Enrollment Information and log in with your username and password or request an account for new families. If you don't know your password, request a new account and you will recieve an email from Sylogist to rest it.

New Student Enrollment ONLY.

Go to the FCB enrollment website and click the Sylogist Ed link then click on Request an Account. This account request is for the GUARDIANS only. Enter the GUARDIAN name, phone number, and email address. Requests under the student’s name will not be activated, and you will have to send another request under the GUARDIAN name. **If you request an account outside of school hours or Enrollment Nights, your account will be activated when we return to the office.

Pre-K Student Enrollment

If you are enrolling a Pre-K student and do not currently have any students enrolled at FCB, go to the FCB Enrollment tab, click the Online Enrollment button, then select Box 1, click Request an Account to create your account. If you already have a student enrolled at FCB, log in to your existing account and add your new Pre-K student to your family profile.

Step 2: Navigate to Student Records Portal

Click on the "Student Records Portal" link once logged in.

Step 3: Choose Student to Enroll

You should see your student(s) listed. If any are missing, email cdevaughan@fcbmustangs.com for K-5th Grade students or scowan@fcbmustangs.com for 6th-12th grade students.

Step 4: Submit Enrollment Forms for Each Student

You need to "Submit to Site" for each student you enroll before proceeding to the next student.

Step 5: Complete Additional Forms In Person

All parent/guardians are required to visit the school to complete any additional necessary forms.
